Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America and Vietnam. If you do not see where you are located on this list, please contact us at shop@sankaku.is.

How do you ship?

sankaku aims to pack and ship each order within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and statutory holidays in Japan. Pre-order items will be shipped as indicated on the product page.

Orders from Japan will be shipped out via Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

All international orders will be shipped from Japan using Japan Post (Express Mail Service, International ePacket Light, or Printed Matter). We are not responsible for any delays during shipping or if any customs taxes or duties are imposed by the country of import.

How long will my order take to reach me?

This will depend on where you are located – below is a general guideline for each region. Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer than indicated due to postal delays beyond our control.
